I have been out with the little hounds a few times this season and Hare numbers seem to down quite a bit. I've hunted Elizabethtown/Kitley, Augusta, Montague,Twps and the Marlborough forest. We are still getting running, but it takes a while to get a start, and not seeing any sneakers. I'm going to try over Ptbo way and further up the Valley over the next few weeks. It looks like the happy time of the cycle might have past around home.
